This article examines the theology of congregational fellowship in the digital era through a literature-based study. Digital transformation has influenced how churches communicate, participate, and experience community. These changes prompt a key question: how should koinonia be understood when fellowship takes place both in church buildings and on digital platforms? The literature indicates that digital space functions not only as a technological tool but also as a relational setting that shapes how presence, belonging, and the body of Christ are perceived. Digitalization can widen access and participation, especially for individuals facing distance or mobility constraints. However, increased connectivity does not automatically strengthen relationships without theological and pastoral guidance. Therefore, congregational fellowship in digital environments requires a balance between classical understandings of koinonia and contemporary socio-technological realities. This study encourages churches to rethink ministry, communication, and spiritual formation so that their identity as the body of Christ remains intact amid ongoing digital change.
